Multiplex Synchronizer

SID-2AF(B) is a high-reliability microprocessor-based synchronizing controller supporting up to four synchronizing points, ideal for precise grid connection of multi-generator systems or complex power sources.

The device allows configuration of up to 16 synchronization nodes, and features slip-frequency / dead-bus detection, automatic phase angle compensation, frequency and voltage regulation, phase sequence verification, and overvoltage protection, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as synchronous condensers and pumped-storage hydro units.

Built on a high-redundancy hardware and software architecture, SID-2AF(B) offers powerful waveform recording and event logging capabilities. It supports multiple communication protocols, including IEC 61850, Modbus, and IEC 103, as well as multi-language user interfaces, making it a core component for the implementation of multi-point synchronization systems.
