SID-2330
Synchronous Generator Synchronization Controller
The SID-2330 Synchronous Generator Synchronization Controller is a grid-connected/islanding switching device specially developed for small and medium-sized synchronous generator sets (such as gas turbines and hydro turbine units).

It is applicable for paralleling operation between small and medium-sized synchronous generator sets, as well as differential-frequency synchronization and grid-connected/islanding switching between generator sets and utility power or other independent power sources.

It is widely applicable in microgrids with small and medium-sized synchronous generator units, multi-generator diesel power systems, and utility power complementary applications.

KEY Features
  • 1
    Harsh‑environment‑resistant Panel Design
Silicone panel buttons with rubber sealing rings provide resistance to high/low temperatures and humidity, enabling operation in harsh environments.
  • 2
    Industrial/Military‑grade Circuit Components
All integrated circuits use industrial-grade or military-grade components, providing high stability and reliability.
  • 3
    Zero‑phase‑angle Impact‑free Synchronization
The precise mathematical control model ensures impact-free synchronization at zero phase angle difference and prevents missing the first synchronization opportunity.
  • 4
    Automatic Generator Frequency‑voltage Regulation
When frequency difference and voltage difference do not meet requirements, the controller automatically regulates generator voltage and frequency, enabling rapid and smooth entry into the preset synchronization range.
  • 5
Grid‑abnormity Isolation & Fast Mode Switching
When utility power abnormalities are detected, the device disconnects the breaker for isolation and quickly switches to islanded operation or shutdown mode.
  • 6
    Power‑loss‑persistent Data & Waveform Recording
Events, waveform records, power curves, and operation data are completely recorded and retained after power loss, enabling operation analysis and traceability.
  • 7
Multi‑brand Generator Compatibility & Multiple Adjustment Modes
Compatible with mainstream diesel generator and gas turbine brands, supporting multiple adjustment methods including digital signals, analog signals, and communication interfaces for simple operation.
  • 8
Rich Communication Interfaces & Stable Embedded Platform
Based on a real-time embedded system and TCP/IP protocol stack, it supports CAN, Ethernet, dual RS485, and J1939 communication, providing stable and scalable operation.
